HONG KONG – Perles De Tahiti GIE participated in Hong Kong Jewellery & Watch Fair 2006 on 19 - 23 September 2006 with a promotional booth, aiming to facilitate and enhance trade relations.

This year our booth displayed an array of Tahitian cultured pearl jewellery sponsored from Luk Fook, Chow Tai Fook, Hodel, Golay and Robert Wan Tahiti, showing the innovative and modern feature of each piece, and demonstrating perfectly the meaning of “A Precious Difference”.

During the fair, Mr. Alfred MARTIN, Chairman, Mr. Robert WAN, 2nd Vice-Chairman and Mr. Martin COEROLI, General Manager of the GIE were present to share insights on Tahiti cultured pearl for further development in the vast China region.

Mr. Alfred MARTIN, newly appointed Chairman of the GIE said that Hong Kong and China are ones of the biggest markets of Tahitian cultured pearl. Taking part in the annual fair in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai provided the GIE with the chance to reach more mass trade and consumers in these key cities. “As the biggest international exhibition in Asia and the major hub to other markets, this was a vital opportunity for us to exchange trade information for implementing effective marketing solutions.” Mr. Robert WAN, 2nd Vice-Chairman of Perles De Tahiti GIE remarked.
