Torrente

The first of the Paris fashion houses to present its 1997 spring-summer collection with pearls was Torrente. That occurred on Jan. 19 at the Hotel Inter-Continental in Paris. Polynesia was the theme of the presentation, aided by Tahiti Cultured Pearl jewelery and the efforts of Perles de Tahiti.
