She tells Tahitipresse more about this new and excitingexperience.

Tahitipresse: Could you present yourself to the readers?
Nancy Morgan: "I was born in Missouri on December 4 1985. Icame to Tahiti at the age of 12. I got my high school diploma. Myfather is American and my mother is Tahitian. I studied communication".

TP: How important is this title for you?
N.M: "It is very important because I have got the double nationalityand for me it's very important that I go to the United States to show the (French) Polynesian culture that almost no one knows overthere. It is important that someone goes over there and tells them a little bit about pearls".

TP: What will you be doing at the JCK show in Las Vegas?
N.M: "I'm going to Las Vegas first of all to learn a little bit. I guess for a start I'm just going to watch how the work is going to be for this one year".

TP: Do you think that a large number of US customers could be interested by the Tahitian cultured pearl?
N.M: "I think so. I think that if they are interested by the culture they will be even more interested. I think what is going to amaze them the most is to know that a pearl is still alive. Tahiti is one of the only places where you can find black pearls".

TP: After Las Vegas, what will be your program?
N.M: "I'm going to Hong Kong in September and probably also to many other places…"
